KASWE Bi-Annual Meetings

KASWE has a fall and spring conference hosted by a member school (see schedule). We hold a business meeting at the end of each conference.

Fall Conference

  • The fall conference provides a forum for social work educators to engage in networking and continuing education. Participants can learn more about what is going in social work education on across Kentucky. There is an emphasis on self-renewal and professional development. The host school will post the conference schedule and registration details.

Spring Conference

  • The spring conference provides a forum for social work students and educators to showcase their accomplishments. All Kentucky social work students and educators are invited to submit an oral or poster presentation proposal for consideration. The host school will post the call for proposals, conference schedule, and registration details.

Officer Elections

  • Officers are elected annually during the spring business meeting. Check for conference announcements under “Updates” and via the KASWE email listserv. We hope you join us!
